Description

Security Duties:
Floater/Lead Officer is required to train and cover ALL security locations in Baltimore and surrounding areas.

Assist the Operations Team with Lead Officer duties at same scheduled locations.

Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responses

Liaising with security and building management to communicate, escalate, and solve problems

Indoor patrol of buildings (only) checking for physical damage, water damage, leaking pipes, bathrooms secure

Extensive walking (down stairs only) and scanning check points

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (not standing outdoors; just walking from building to building next door)

Qualifications:

Must have an active MD Guard license
Must have at least 2 years of relevant security experience
Must have own reliable transportation
Must be available 7 days per week 2 shifts per day
Must be able to pass preemployment drug screen and background check
Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Officer Pay:
$14.00 hr

Tue: 7:00pm to 11:00pm

Thur - Fri: 7:00pm to 11:00pm

Sat - 8:00pm - 11:00pm

Sun - 7:00pm - 11:00pm
