Neocorp is a têxtile manufacturing company specializing in knitting rope and cordage. Our products are used in a variety of industries such as fishing, wholesale, and by the US military. We are a small family business looking for motivated team players to join our group


Responsibilities:

• Taking spools on and off machines
• Monitor machines to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
• Calibrate machinery to ensure product meets required specifications
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Problemsolving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
