Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our team.

As a Dietitian, you will work closely with patients to assess their nutritional needs and develop personalized diet plans to promote health and well-being.

Your expertise in dietetics and patient assessment will be crucial in providing exceptional care and guidance to our patients.

Duties:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and goals
Develop individualized diet plans based on patient's medical condition, dietary restrictions, and personal preferences
Educate patients on proper nutrition, portion control, and healthy eating habits
Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to diet plans as needed
Provide guidance on tube feeding, if necessary
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
Utilize your knowledge of physiology to understand the impact of various nutrients on the body
Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify nutritional deficiencies or imbalances
Offer health coaching to motivate patients in achieving their dietary goals

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Previous experience working as a Dietitian in a clinical setting is highly desirable
Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing personalized diet plans
Knowledge of tube feeding techniques and protocols
Strong understanding of physiology and its relationship to nutrition
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to provide effective health coaching to patients
