Our "day care in the Helenen Quartier in Alsterdorf", a facility of the DRK Schwesternschaft Hamburg e.V., ensures the nursing and care-related supply of our guests. To support the nursing staff and the team, we are looking for everyday companions/ care assistants (m/f/d) according to §43b SGB XI in part-time or full-time

Welcome to our team

Your tasks:

  • Ensuring needs-oriented social care
  • Implementation of therapeutic cooking as well as alternating kitchen duty
  • Implementation of day-structuring activities for guests with and without dementia
  • Designing and participating in a varied care, leisure and activity program
  • Promoting individual abilities and interests of our guests
  • Recognizing, promoting and maintaining the resources of our guests
  • Individual care and motivation for social interaction, mobilization and movement
  • Implementation of quality assurance principles and internal quality management according to §113 SGB XI
  • Economic management

What we expect:

  • A completed qualification according to §43b SGB XI
  • Professional experience in day care or comparable facilities
  • Good communication and cooperation
