We are currently seeking a qualified caregiver (m/f/d) to join our nursing home in Ottendorf-Okrilla, Rougemont, NC. This position is for 32 hours per week and is permanent. Full-time employment is also possible.

Responsibilities:

Providing professional, comprehensive and planned care
Maintaining nursing documentation
Creating and evaluating care plans
Ensuring quality of care and care processes
Advising and supporting residents, family members and visitors

Requirements:

Qualification as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse or health and nursing care professional
Indepth knowledge of geriatric care
Proficiency in using nursing process instruments and PC applications
Positive attitude towards working with elderly, dependent and dementia patients
Resilience, commitment and teamwork skills
High social competence
Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
