Description

Interfaith Housing Assistance Corporation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enrich the lives of low-and moderate-income families, seniors and disabled persons through the provision of affordable housing.

We are currently searching to fill the Offsite Maintenance Manager position for Mission Terrace (Mission Valley).

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the execution and/or vendor supervision of routine maintenance, safety systems, outside plumbing, inside and outside electrical, rehabilitation of vacated units and maintenance supply and stock.

High School diploma or GED and 2 years related experience or training is preferred. This is a full time non-exempt position.

Full benefits include 10 paid holidays per year, sick leave, 2 weeks paid vacation per year, 401k retirement plan, profit sharing plan, fully paid medical insurance dental and vision plans.

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
