Our client in Dodgingtown is seeking to revolutionize the shopping experience of the future. They have a dedicated team of enthusiastic, proactive, and optimistic employees spread across Europe, and are committed to inspiring their customers through cutting-edge technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Representing our client's group of companies in both court and out-of-court proceedings, as well as working closely with the employers' association
  • Providing expert legal advice on employment matters to market executives, managers, and HR business partners
  • Drafting employment contracts
  • Collaborating with works council committees to negotiate and prepare work agreements
  • Participating in strategic HR initiatives and handling significant legal matters
  • Developing comprehensive recommendations for all aspects of labor law, including works constitution and collective bargaining law
  • Coordinating with external lawyers and the employers' association

Requirements:

  • Completed first and second state law examinations
  • A strong passion for labor law and practical HR management
  • A desire to contribute to the creation of modern work environments and positive working relationships
  • Excellent communication, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, but also a team player with resilience
  • Fluency in both German and English
