MISSIONS
As Global Junior Brand Manager Innovation, you will be an integral part of our global marketing team, driving innovation and renovation projects within the Boursin cheese brand.
Your role will involve harnessing your marketing prowess and creative energy to propel the brand forward, captivate consumers, and transform culinary experiences across North America.
Main Activities in the Job
Your day-to-day activities will be infused with creativity and purpose.
You will collaborate with local US and CA marketing teams, Research and Development (RiD) experts, Strategic Insights (SI) gurus, and co-manufacturers to bring visionary ideas to life.
From exploring new flavor profiles and packaging concepts to developing captivating brand experiences, you will be at the forefront of crafting the next chapter for Boursin cheese in the US and Canada.
More concretely, as Junior Innovation Manager for the US and Canada, you will support the Grout Manager in:Innovation Plan Development and Execution:
- From (pre)exploration to market launch, including consumer/panel research and collaborating with our packaging & product developers
- Act as the central point of contact for innovation planning, including volume forecasting and analysis of countryspecific needs and requests
- Liaising with our global agencies and the local marketing teams, leading the creation of guidelines for Integrated Marketing Communication plans and developing the creative advertising master assets for the launch of our innovations
Follow up of local markets execution:
- Oversee the monitoring of local activation plans to identify best practices and encourage synergies
- Participate in updating internal reports to measure the effectiveness of innovation launches through business results analysis in close collaboration with the local markets
- Lead monthly business tracking for the US and Canada, as well as category tracking and analysis
- Collaborate with local teams on outofhome (OOH) communication initiatives (TBC)
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A postgraduate qualification in marketing or a related field, coupled with 1 to 2 years of working experience in marketing
- Strong affinity with food and culinary innovation, reflecting a genuine passion for gourmet exploration and the world of flavors
- Experience in managing innovation projects, demonstrating the ability to infuse creativity into brand development and a track record of driving successful brand initiatives
- Able to translate market, consumer, category, and retailer insights into business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic, and fastpaced environment
- Show learning agility in assigned projects and through manager support
- Demonstrate autonomy and proactivity while navigating through changing and ambiguous situations
- A creative mindset, a zest for curiosity, and the ambition to leave a mark on the gourmet cheese landscape
- Fluent in English and preferably in French languages
