Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Learning and Conference Center Coordinator for our Human Resources department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Learning and Conference Center Coordinator, you will:

  • Manages schedule ensuring all events are appropriately planned and resolving conflicts as needed.
  • Ensures that rooms and equipment are set up appropriately for events.
  • Coordinates with IT, marketing, supply chain, IT, and other vendors as needed.
  • Consult with users to support large events and ongoing programs.
  • Collaborates and communicates with team members to ensure relevant project needs are met.

  • Tech savvy proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work on diverse, multidisciplinary teams
  • Detailoriented and efficient
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, meeting milestones and deadlines
  • Exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong problemsolving and conflictmanagement skills
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills that reflect the RISES values
  • High School diploma with relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree in business or health administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Experience using a Learning Management System preferred

Work Schedule:
Flexible Day Shift. Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm or 9 am
