Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for technicians for meter installs.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
  • Assist with project coordination and followup tasks
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Transcribe and type documents as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Proficient in using Google Suite or similar productivity tools
