- Develop and oversee financial processes and systems to support business scalability.
- Lead all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Support other departments with modeling potential revenue for new SaaS and other service products.
- Own building and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
- Develop strategies to increase return on investment, profitability, and tax credits.
- Coordinate with auditors, maintain relationships with creditors and regulators, and ensure compliance.
- Oversee payroll processing for accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
- Review and approve payable transactions, optimizing payment terms and vendor relationships.
- Develop and maintain internal controls, regularly updating procedures and conducting audits.
- Own hiring, mentoring, and scaling the department to support organizational growth.
- Collaborate with the executives and directors to create budgets and track key performance indicators.
- Streamline financial systems for efficient reporting, integrating operations and accounting tools.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and maintain financial integrity.
- Analyze processes for efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within B2C SaaS or high-growth startups with $50MM+ in revenue, demonstrating hands-on leadership in owning financial processes.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
- Experience managing third-party financial and tax relationships.
- Skilled in constructing accurate financial statements.
- Experience implementing and using ERP systems, such as NetSuite, Sage, or similar platforms.
- Strategic problem-solving mindset with high integrity and ethics, as well as excellent communication abilities in a swiftly changing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA certification.
- Hands-on management of international finance and accounting needs.
- Knowledgeable in FTC regulatory compliance, risk management, and M&A.
