For a client in Saxony-Anhalt, we are currently looking for a medical assistant (m/f/d) in general and visceral surgery.

The clinic is one of the basic and regular care providers with around 200 beds. The department of general and visceral surgery treats a wide range of conditions and has a focus on minimally invasive and oncological surgery of the digestive tract. Minimally invasive procedures are performed for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and gallbladder, as well as for inguinal, abdominal wall, and scar hernias, and diseases of the thyroid gland.

The clinic is located in Saxony-Anhalt, on the border with Lower Saxony. Both Hanover and Hamburg can be reached in about two hours. The city, with its numerous half-timbered houses, invites you to linger. Enjoy the traditional tree cake of the region in one of the many cafes or engage in sports in the idyllic nature.

Your tasks - challenging and diverse

  • Inpatient, outpatient, and surgical care of patients
  • Assistance in the operating room and independent performance of surgeries according to your further training curriculum
  • Participation in the rotation model of surgical clinics
  • Participation in on-call duty
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration
