OVERVIEW:
The Maintenance Sales Representative is responsible for acieving the company annual landscape maintenance sales goals and objectives by professionally and enthusiastically carrying out the following, but not limited to responsibilities and duties:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively call on building owners and managers, property management firms and landscape architects, etc.
  • Build relationships with prospects to generate new business.
  • Solicit bid opportunities to provide landscape maintenance and upgrade/improvement services.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from initial contact through close.
  • Use contact database to ensure timely prospect follow up and maintaining information on new business contacts.
  • Meeting or exceeding specific contact and sales objectives.
  • Attend networking and social functions as needed.
  • Join and be active in association committees.
  • Measuring, designing, and estimating jobs.

Duties may also include:

  • Attend weekly sales meetings.
  • Update sales conditioning report weekly.
  • Daily data updates in LMN/CRM
