UX Manager (m/f/d)

What awaits you with us - your responsibilities:

Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new shop features in ongoing shop optimization or A/B testing

Supporting and accompanying larger projects from a user experience perspective, bringing together end-customer view, functionality, and branding

Further development of the "UX process" in the Dehner e-commerce environment

Development and maintenance of the Dehner e-commerce design system in close collaboration with frontend development

Testing and user research of prototypes or final designs with end-customers to gather qualitative feedback, analyze it, and incorporate it accordingly

Benchmarking and analysis to improve user experience and conversion rate optimization

Close collaboration with product owners, software developers, and QA managers

Effective communication of user guidance, interactions, and design ideas, and conveying concepts within the team
