- Shall have the full authority to represent the Company in such matters as schedules, scheduling changes, employee assignments, performance assessment, disciplinary action, reports, and administration.
- In consultation with the Security Division, assists with planning, developing, implementing, and managing a variety of physical, personnel, and information security programs.
- This position is responsible for supervising all security specialists and security support roles.
- Other security duties as assigned
- Minimum of six (6), preferably eight (8), years of supervisory or team leader experience managing personnel and coordinating the appropriate personnel and/or disciplinary actions in the security field.
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification or Security Fundamentals Professional Certification.
- Must have a current Top Secret personnel security clearance and the ability to maintain such clearance throughout the life of the contract.
- Ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical, executive-level government officials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated knowledge of multiple security disciplines (i.e., information, industrial, physical, personnel, security training, etc.).
- Ability to multi-task efficiently by working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability at building teams, coaching, training, and mentoring employees
