We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator with expertise in operating Mori Seiki machines with live tooling.If you have a passion for precision machining and possess experience in CNC lathe operations, we invite you to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC lathes, with a specialization in Mori Seiki machines, to produce precision components.

Programming: Interpret engineering drawings and utilize existing CNC programming to ensure accurate and efficient machining processes.

Tooling Setup: Select, install, and adjust cutting tools, ensuring optimal machine performance and adherence to quality standards.

Quality Control: Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify the accuracy and quality of machined components.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC lathes to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating CNC lathes, with a focus on Mori Seiki machines.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and material properties.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues during the machining process.
Requirements:
- Technical education or apprenticeship is a plus.
- 3 years of relevant experience in CNC lathe operations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
