The Family & Educational Wellness (FEW) Center in Franklin, Massachusetts, is looking for an intake coordinator to join our team in supporting the well-being of children, adolescents, and families through counseling, evaluations, and consultation.

The intake coordinator is primarily responsible for onboarding new clients for counseling services - from initial inquiries to intake appointments with therapists.

• Maintain an active, functional, uptodate waiting list for therapy services
• Screen new clients to determine if the FEW Center can meet their needs and ensure a good clienttherapist "fit"
• Manage the onboarding of new clients including, but not limited to 1) working collaboratively with the counseling team to confirm available timeslots; 2) securing insurance verification from our offsite biller, 3) communicating with clients regarding their outofpocket costs for therapy services, and 4) sending/tracking intake forms
• Perform other office duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• One year of general office and support role experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Discreet with sensitive and highly confidential information
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• Selfstarter with the ability to respond to and follow through with requests professionally and promptly
• A "customer service" mindset
• Willingness to learn the nuances of behavioral health

• 10 hours weekly 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays
