The Role

How You'll Make an Impact:

Use cold calling to acquire hoteliers (our customers) and raise awareness about our products and services.
Build and maintain beneficial relationships with our growing number of hotel clients.
Analyze and interpret customer data to identify areas for growth and improve the customer experience.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on new features and services.
Create and optimize processes to enhance client success and maximize profit potential.
Identify and address customer requests and complaints in a timely manner to mitigate the risk of churn.
Serve as a professional and approachable point of contact for our customers.
Win back and reonboard churned customers.

What We're Looking For:

12 years of experience in a fastpaced environment, preferably in Customer Support and/or Sales roles, and ideally in the travel industry.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with new and existing customers.
