Your main tasks as an engineer for operations and supply technology / TGA for FM:

  • Planning and management of complex (partial) projects for supply in maintenance, conversions and new constructions
  • Preparation of feasibility studies and concepts for technical building equipment
  • Ensuring technically flawless and cost-effective execution of commissioning and maintenance work
  • Internal customer and operator consulting on procurement, maintenance and commissioning issues
  • Processing of malfunctions and warranty cases in supply
  • Plant and system documentation, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations and quality guidelines
  • Instruction, coordination and monitoring of external company employees (m/f/d)
  • Preparation of or participation in the preparation of (project-specific) risk assessments depending on project size
  • Support in the implementation and further development of energy management
  • Implementation and compliance with AMAT-specific content of the quality management system (IQMS) in the area of responsibility as well as continuous process improvement within the area of responsibility

What you ideally bring with you:

  • Training in technical building equipment (TGA) as a supply technician / supply engineer
  • Practical experience in the supply infrastructure of technical systems
  • Knowledge of project
