Your main tasks as an engineer for operations and supply technology / TGA for FM:
- Planning and management of complex (partial) projects for supply in maintenance, conversions and new constructions
- Preparation of feasibility studies and concepts for technical building equipment
- Ensuring technically flawless and cost-effective execution of commissioning and maintenance work
- Internal customer and operator consulting on procurement, maintenance and commissioning issues
- Processing of malfunctions and warranty cases in supply
- Plant and system documentation, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations and quality guidelines
- Instruction, coordination and monitoring of external company employees (m/f/d)
- Preparation of or participation in the preparation of (project-specific) risk assessments depending on project size
- Support in the implementation and further development of energy management
- Implementation and compliance with AMAT-specific content of the quality management system (IQMS) in the area of responsibility as well as continuous process improvement within the area of responsibility
What you ideally bring with you:
- Training in technical building equipment (TGA) as a supply technician / supply engineer
- Practical experience in the supply infrastructure of technical systems
- Knowledge of project
