Employee Engagement CoordinatorSummary Position Objectives:
The role of the Employee Engagement Coordinator will be to develop, produce, organize, and deliver (A) focused interactive education modules for selected Marina Landscape groups and employees through Marina Landscape University and (B) high quality corporate/divisional communication.
Employee Engagement Coordinator Job Description / Performance Measurements:
Four areas of measurement are established for this position:
- Ensure that Marina University utilizes, develops, and deploys the most advanced and cost-effective communication and learning technologies commercially available (10%)
- Organization and Maintenance of Marina University Curriculum
- High Quality Employee / Management Training Process
- High Quality Corporate Communication Plan Development and Implementation
Ensure that Marina University utilizes, develops, and deploys the most advanced and cost-effective learning technologies commercially available
- Easy to use, user based, learning technologies / instructor and student levels Highest.
- Quality Online Training Tools
- Highest Quality Visuals and Streaming Available / Tablet Field Delivery Systems
- Online Testing Capability
- Management Reporting
- HR Interface for employee training completed.
- Reenactment video library
The Coordinator will be required to "stay on top" of emerging learning and communication technologies to ensure that Marina has the most cost-effective and efficient products available for our use.
The Coordinator will be required to work closely with Marina's technology group to ensure compatibility with Marina's core information systems.
2. Security, Organization, and Maintenance of Marina University Curriculum
- Create and maintain a readily accessible training tools library.

The focus of this area is to ensure that all training modules and corporate communications are organized and accessible for specific employee groups.
3. High Quality Employee / Management Training Process

- Development of Marina "Lifecycles"
- Process Overachievement Documentation
- PE / PM Workflow
- Purchasing Workflow
- Estimating Workflow (4 levels)
- Field Operations Workflow
- Employee Onboarding
- Development of Training Modules to support Marina Lifecycle Requirements
Each Lifecycle will require sequential development of curriculum and lesson plans to train Marina employees on the "Best Practices" for each success element.
Following the lesson plans will be the creation, production, organization, and electronic deployment of training classes to support this effort.

- Human Resources Communication
- Onboarding & Benefits
- Executive / Divisional / Companywide & Field Communication
- Recognition Communication
- Key Jobs / Employee Overachievement
- Fire Chats with Managers
- Attend and coordinate ESOP learning and activity.
- Coordinating and communicating companywide events
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
The focus in this area is to sit down with senior management quarterly to create, prioritize, and execute corporate & divisional communication.
