Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team.
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and materials, and optimizing supply chain processes.
Position Title:
Executive Assistant with Supply Chain Experience
Location:
Vernon Hills, IL (with ~2 days per week remote work)

Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee some supply chain operations, including inventory management and distribution to our retail stores.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing costs.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports for executive review, analyzing key metrics and trends. (some use of NetSuite, AS400 and CounterPoint POS)
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team, retail stores, and warehouse staff, facilitating communication and resolving issues as needed.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
- Excel Proficiency
- Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problemsolving.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

$60, $65,000.00 per year
