JOB DESCRIPTION:


The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and retaining employees and prospective employees for a broad base of positions within the facility.

This individual is expected to attend job fairs and recruiting events while creating in-house recruitment and retention programs.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Work experience as an inhouse Recruiter _preferred_
  • Familiarity with fullcycle recruitment
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)
  • Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources _preferred_
