Responsibilities

  • Offer customer support for specific equipment
  • Respond to client inquiries professionally
  • Handle all service calls within the specified service level agreement
  • Meet customer service satisfaction criteria
  • Complete administrative tasks for each call as per guidelines
  • Provide real-time reporting of calls
  • Adhere to established policies and guidelines for service delivery
  • Manage assets and inventory efficiently
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all activities
  • Follow safety policies daily
  • Fulfill any additional requirements if extended an offer of employment
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications Education and Experience:

  • Technical school certification or equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Prior customer service experience is beneficial

Certifications and/or Qualifications:

  • Maintain required OEM Certifications as per Management directives
  • Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and adequate insurance

Skills:

  • Effective communication on technical issues with clients
  • Ability to travel to client sites
  • Capability to undertake long-distance travel and occasional overnight stays
  • Able to lift or move computer equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Must possess a basic repair tool kit
