Job Summary:
The Automotive Sales Associate at Shively Motors in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania is a full-time, salary position in the auto industry.

As an individual contributor, the Sales Associate will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles to customers, while ensuring excellent customer service and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a timely and friendly manner
Understand and communicate the features and benefits of vehicles to customers
Conduct test drives and accurately present vehicle options
Negotiate and finalize sales transactions in a professional manner
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Stay updated on product knowledge, financing options, and promotions
Complete administrative tasks such as paperwork and data entry
Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior sales experience in the automotive industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of vehicles and their features
Ability to work in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment
Proficient in using technology and software systems
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass preemployment background check
