The administration is looking for a
purchaser to start as soon as possible,
full-time or part-time.

Your tasks

  • Conducting various procurement processes for goods and services in compliance with relevant legal regulations (GWB, VgV, UVgO) including market research, documentation, and contract award
  • Monitoring existing contracts and negotiating followup contracts (e.g. maintenance contracts and framework agreements)
  • Creating compliant procurement documents (e.g. performance descriptions, eligibility and evaluation criteria, procurement notes)
  • Reviewing and electronically preregistering supplier invoices
  • Advising and supporting departments on procurement and tendering law issues
Your profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship and initial work experience in purchasing
  • Knowledge of public procurement and procurement procedures according to UVgO and
