YOUR TRAINING WITH US

Over the course of three years (with the possibility of shortening the duration with excellent performance), you will learn about the daily operations of our commercial departments, from production to sales, warehousing, and logistics, and gain insight into the many exciting tasks within our company.

The focus of your training will be in the sales department, both in the office and in the field.


You will learn how to confidently and professionally interact with customers and assist with maintaining customer and project data in relevant software programs.

Additionally, you will gain knowledge about our products, services, potential customizations, and the calculations behind customer offers.

Your colleagues in the field will take you to appointments with (potential) customers, such as architects, general contractors, or builders, while in the office, you will work behind the scenes to process orders.

In product management, you will learn how new product developments are created and how to assess trends and markets.

You will gain practical experience in the company, while theoretical foundations will be taught primarily in vocational school.
