    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RF Engineer to join our dynamic team specializing in Maritime projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Radio Frequency (RF) engineering with hands-on experience, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of electrical engineering principles. The Senior RF Engineer will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, and full development cycle of RF systems tailored specifically for Maritime applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. RF System Design and Analysis: Lead the design and analysis of RF systems for Maritime projects, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in challenging maritime environments.
    2. Hands-on RF Experience: Utilize extensive hands-on experience with RF equipment, components, and systems to develop innovative solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.
    3. Electrical Engineering Expertise: Apply knowledge of electrical engineering principles to design RF systems that integrate seamlessly with overall maritime electrical systems.
    4. Full Development Cycle: Lead projects through the entire development lifecycle, from concept to production, including requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, and final implementation.
    5. Testing and Validation: Develop comprehensive testing procedures and methodologies to validate RF system performance, including simulation, laboratory testing, and field trials.
    6. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of RF systems into overall maritime projects. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey technical concepts and project updates.
    7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure RF systems comply with relevant maritime regulations and standards, including FCC regulations, international standards, and safety guidelines.
    8. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in RF engineering to continually enhance the performance and capabilities of maritime RF systems.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field.
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in RF engineering, preferably in the maritime industry.
    • Proficiency in RF simulation and design tools such as ADS, HFSS, CST, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of RF principles, antenna design, transmission line theory, and RF circuitry.
    • Experience with RF testing equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
    • Proven track record of leading RF design projects from concept to production.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with software-defined radio (SDR) technology.
    • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering or RF Engineering.
