Primary Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Greet all visitors with a friendly, inviting demeanor and ensure they are connected with the right services.

Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing daily office operations, and maintaining a tidy reception area to uphold our firm's professional image.

Client Experience: Enhance client interactions by ensuring a smooth, personable, and efficient communication flow from the front desk.
