Description

• Provide input on the intern program with the CEO.
• Implement the program.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project as well as coordination for meetings and events with the interns
• Manage project progress and adapt work as required
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Provide direction and support to project team and to the intern
• Ensure project meets quality standards and customer expectations
• Utilize project management tool Asana
• Supervise and support the interns with the internship and their projects
• Manage and write reports and briefs.

• Proven experience in project management with a focus on systems and scope management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with youth management, coordination and workforce development
• Proficiency in leadership and supervising roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
