Your tasks:

  • As project manager, you are responsible for independently managing projects, including cost, schedule coordination, and ensuring quality, and taking corrective measures in case of deviations
  • You coordinate the planning team throughout all project phases, from needs analysis, cost estimation and proposal creation, to contract negotiation, project execution, and commissioning, to post-calculation
  • You act as a point of contact for the planning team, clients, and other planning stakeholders
  • You are responsible for quality management in the assigned technical planning and project management
  • You develop innovative concepts in the field of energy design and technology, such as feasibility or energy studies
  • You actively participate in the development and optimization of department processes

Your profile:

  • You have completed training in electrical engineering or mechatronics, or have a degree in electrical engineering
  • First experience in project management and process management in technical building equipment (TBE)
  • Strong technical and commercial expertise, as well as knowledge of business administration
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical, and conceptual thinking
  • Strong communication skills, independence, and assertiveness
