Description

The Marketing Specialist, through faithful service to accomplish the mission of Kuyper College, is responsible for developing innovative marketing programs for our Advancement and Admissions departments.

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the college's visibility and reputation
• Manage the social media presence, including content creation scheduling and engagement
• Collaborate with Admissions, Academic departments, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing materials
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make datadriven recommendations for improvement
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing and higher education technologies
• Other duties as assigned

• Collaborate closely with the admissions department to align recruitment efforts with enrollment goals and admissions processes
• Provide support and resources to admissions counselors as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
• Able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team and independently
