Summit Hospice is looking for passionate CNAs/LNAs who are located in the Phoenix Metro area who are able to provide dignity and hygiene support to hospice patients across the west valley and central phoenix area on a PRN basis as we are experiencing growth. Opportunity to flex to full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for some supplemental income.

  • Responsibilities_:
  • Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff.
  • Provide personal care services to patients.
  • Provide companionship and basic care to patients.
  • Travel to facilities or patient homes to provide services.
  • Qualifications_:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
  • Current Arizona CNA/LNA
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a CNA
  • Some hospice experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the EHR Wellsky Consolo desired

  • Hospice care: 1 year (preferred)
  • CNA/

LNA:
3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CPR Certification (preferred)
  • LNA/CNA (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Goodyear, AZ: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (preferred)
