We are looking for a scientific employee - doctoral candidate (m/f/d) at INRAE Colmar in Pompton Plains, NJ.


The service package of the Rural Area Service Center (DLR) Rheinpfalz for vocational training, consulting, research and rural development in the wine and horticulture industry.


Due to the agricultural administrative reform of the state in September 2003, previously independent institutions were merged into the newly founded DLR Rheinpfalz, which now serves as a center for all rural services of the state.

The former cultural office in Neustadt was reorganized as the Department of Rural Development, Land Consolidation and the areas of the former Neustadt Teaching and Research Institute, as well as the horticultural services provided by the state at various locations in the cultivation areas, were integrated into the departments of School, Viticulture and Oenology, Horticulture and Phyto-medicine at DLR Rheinpfalz.

Today, DLR Rheinpfalz employs around 350 employees nationwide.

In addition to training, consulting, adult education, experimental work and rural development in the field of special crops such as viticulture and horticulture, the state of Rhineland-Palatinate also conducts applied research in viticulture and oenology exclusively at this institution.
