- RHM Staffing Solutions offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions. We are seeking motivated individuals who are willing to learn the business of staffing/recruiting and run a team.
- Start as a Sales Recruiter and work with clients, sales managers, payroll associates, and others to identify, screen, interview, present, and hire qualified candidates for various positions.
- Develop recruiting plans to identify candidates using various strategies.
- Screen candidates based on experience and client needs. Learn to source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Negotiate salaries and other details with candidates.
- Manage contract employees.
- Learn from Sales Managers how to identify targets, skill sets, and manage a territory.
- Work in a team-based environment, sharing and developing best practices.
- Ensure pre-employment processes are completed.
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-3 Years of Work Experience
- Availability to work before/after typical office hours
- Desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment
- Background in sales, retail, customer service, or restaurant industry is a plus
