Key Responsibilities
-
Maintenance and Repairs: Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks, conduct routine inspections, and manage the upkeep of school facilities.

Coordination and Management: Schedule and oversee maintenance activities with vendors, coordinate logistics for events, and manage inventory of supplies and tools.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, promote a safe working environment, and report any safety hazards.

Operational Support: Manage deliveries, assist with setup and breakdown of rooms and equipment for events, and respond to maintenance requests.

Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, prepare reports, and track the use of supplies and equipment


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in facility management, maintenance, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Apps and general research and website integrations.
  • Ability to research vendors and manage customer logistics.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 20 per week
