We are currently looking for a (Junior) Group Accounting Accountant (m/f/d) to join our team at our Königstein - Falkenstein location as soon as possible.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participation in the preparation of regular group annual and quarterly financial statements according to IFRS, including topics for the EU Taxonomy
  • Further development of guidelines / accounting manual / chart of accounts for group accounting
  • Support in accounting-related projects according to German GAAP and IFRS
  • Contact person for employees in the finance departments of all subsidiaries
  • Training of subsidiaries
  • Participation in tax-related issues
  • Integration of newly acquired companies into group accounting
  • Contact person for external auditors

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in economics or business administration with a focus on accounting, financial reporting; ideally in group accounting or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in (group) accounting or group controlling of a corporate group or in an auditing firm
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting according to German GAAP and international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
  • MS Office skills (especially Excel), ideally experience with consolidation
