- Pleasant, tactful, respectful, and professional with residents, family members, healthcare staff, and coworkers
- Able to accept direction and suggestions to provide the highest quality of service to our customers
- Willing to adjust daily cleaning schedule, as needed
- Interest in regularly interacting with older adults
- High school diploma or equivalent
