IT Business Analyst - St Louis, United States - Insight Global
Description
Insight Global is looking to add a Business Analyst to a client's team in the St. Louis, MO area.This person will be joining a small team as the first Business Analyst in their IT department and will be working with various IT teams and stakeholders.
Our client's Datawarehouse environment is currently on prem but are working to move it into Azure Cloud. They are using Azure data factory to transform the data and move it in between the systems.Currently, they have 190 SSIS packages they need to be migrated- about 20% of the development is complete for the migration.
This individual will be responsible for gathering requirements from stakeholders, putting together test cases, running those test cases, and working with the technical team members to decide how to pivot and move forward based off those findings.
They will be doing regression tests more than anything. Previously, documentation on gtest cases has not been taking place so this is a big focus for this role. They will be using azure devops for ticketing and documentation needs and work extensively in salesforce as well. SQL is lightly used for reading reports.This role will be fully remote throughout the contract duration but will be required to sit 3 days on site, 2 remote weekly once converted to a full time employee.

Testing experience (preferably regression testing)
Experience with an implementation project
Cloud experience (preferably Azure)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Insurance industry experience

Azure experience
