    Position Title - Data Entry Clerk
    Address – Remote - FL/ EST
    Pay - $ 16.81
    Hours - 8am – 5pm EST
    Contract Type – 3 month contract to possible extension/hire
    Vaccine Requirement - No


    Required Skills & Education:

    Required Education:
    High School diploma or equivalent

    Required Experience: 0-2 years minimum experience in a clerical position, preferably healthcare related.


    • Must be proficient in Excel, able to work with multiple software platforms at the same time, speak English
    • Ability to research and resolve issues
    • Ability to abide by Molinas policies
    • Ability to maintain attendance to support require quality and quantity of work
    • Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance
    • Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
    • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers
    • Experience with data entry of alpha-numeric information.

    Responsibilities:

    • Performs tasks within the required time frames according to Molina policy and procedures.
    • Establishes and maintains data entry for documents and projects.
    • Develops; implements and maintains time table matrix / work plans to ensure timely and successful task completion.
    • Prepares and submits task update reports.
    • Reviews documents for general application information accuracy.
