Position Summary:
Crushing Equipment Solutions is a startup operation representing Metso and other Crushing and Screening OEMs in Texas and Oklahoma.
This position will reside in Aurora, CO and will play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and profitability.
Essential Functions:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.

Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
·
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis of financial data.
·
Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with senior management.
·
Manage budget variances and provide explanations for significant discrepancies.
·
Oversee general ledger maintenance and reconciliation activities.
·
Review journal entries, accruals and adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
·
Assist with evaluating current processes to identify areas for improvement.
·
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
·
Assist in the coordination of external audits and tax filings, providing necessary documentation and support as required.

CPA preferred
5-7 years of work experience accounting
Fishbowl and QuickBooks experience preferred
