Laborer/Groundskeeper


Reports To:

Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.


Full-Time Position:
$18.50 an hour.

Job Overview:

We are looking to recruit a dedicated groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and functional soundness of the residential property
.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• A Valid Driver's License
• Mowing, watering, and trimming lawn
• Keeping grounds free from snow and ice by using equipment such as snow blowers, plows, and shovels.
• Ability to operate and maintain garden and landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers and weed whackers.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and materials.
• To perform a variety of skills like raking leaves, pruning trees and shrubs.
• Planting, trimming, mulching, and fertilizing flowers, shrubs, and trees.

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS Drivers License
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a ground's keeper
• Must know how to operate a lawn mower and snowblower.
