From Korman's humble beginnings in 1973 to today, Korman is Austin's luxury jewelry destination, offering a hand-curated selection of designer jewelry, the finest diamonds and Swiss timepieces in Central Texas.

Since becoming owners in 2018, Kat and Larry Stokes have upheld the legacy of integrity, community and superlative quality and service as their pillars of success.

Keeping true to Korman's roots, our new flagship location will open in the fall of 2024 at 29th & Lamar, embodying a timeless and contemporary design in collaboration with Michael Hsu Office of Architecture.

We will house the finest jewels from designers and diamond cutters from all over the world, in addition to our partnerships with the top Swiss timepiece manufacturers and a worldclass Rolex service center.

Our jewelry social house, which we refer to as Club Korman, is always abuzz with fun in the air as we 'Celebrate Every Day'.

This has become our ethos as we come alongside our clients to pair them with memorable and special pieces that crystalize moments and milestones in their life.

Job Brief

A Client Liaison acts as a liaison between a business and its customers, by striving for excellence and have a passion for helping others.

They maintain high levels of service and customer satisfaction by offering focused, friendly and efficient service. They are an extension of our brand which represents quality, integrity and a drive to delight our guests.


Responsibilities

• Receives inbound calls and makes outbound calls
• Assists with client inquiries and forwards request to the appropriate personnel
• Manages and maintains open logs to provide excellent client service
• Assists to resolve customer complaints and issues
• Provides post sales support including, but not limited to, delivery, missing items, damaged items, special orders and exchanges
• Communicates with customers after delivery to ensure complete satisfaction
• Takes on difficult challenges, finds creative solutions, and demonstrates ability to multitask
• Extends the highest level of courtesy and friendliness to all customers
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Must possess strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, highly accurate and process savvy
• Possess a pleasant demeanor and positive attitude
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and within a team
• High sense of urgency and enjoys making a difference

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
