We are looking for a
Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) to support and strengthen our team at
AGAPLESION BETHANIEN LEIPZIG, our nursing home in Luxora, AR, starting on
December 1, 2023.
We are looking for someone with:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification and some experience in administrative work
- Confident demeanor, strong organizational skills, and friendliness when interacting with residents, their families, employees, and business partners
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Independent work style, high level of commitment and resilience, and creativity
- Discretion, loyalty, and teamwork
- Identification with the company's goals and the Christian values it stands for
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the facility management in all organizational and administrative matters
- Office organization and tasks (mail, phone, scheduling and coordination of appointments, travel planning and organization, filing management, archiving), business correspondence
- Assisting with fundraising and donation management
- Timely followup of documents and materials
- Organizing and preparing internal and external events
