Responsibilities


The Department of Development Event Coordinator will plan and execute small-scale benefactor events and on-campus benefactor visits, as well as provide project assistance and back-up for large Development special events, including some off campus.

The incumbent will also assist the Executive Director-Events on workflow management and special projects as needed. Travel required as needed.

Position is hybrid and expectation is to be on campus on an as-needed basis to support planning and execution of benefactor events.


This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship/ we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position.
Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.

Compensation Detail
$58, $78,915.20/ year. Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
