- Need to possess a valid driver's license at all times
- Achieve sales and leasing targets for both new and used vehicles, meeting dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
- Be punctual when clocking in as per your schedule.
- Welcome all customers entering the service area with a friendly and positive demeanor, address their inquiries, and guide them to the appropriate person or location.
- Manage the flow of service traffic and parking.
- Conduct road tests on vehicles.
- Transport parts as required.
- Drive vehicles cautiously.
- Maintain a tidy and safe service drive area, ensuring it is free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
- Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations.
- Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as necessary.
- Generate key tags for vehicles.
- Remove plastic and paper mats in front of the customer.
- Inquire about the customer's satisfaction with their service visit.
- Express gratitude to the customer for their business and encourage safe driving.
- Avoid bringing vehicles with dashboard lights on for customers.
- Place keys back on the keyboard.
- Wear the provided uniform and ensure the headset is fully charged at all times.
- Display the name badge at all times.
- Clean and disinfect all areas of the service center regularly.
