*Automotive Valet /Porter
Full-Time Opportunity
To aid and offer assistance to customers, enhancing their overall experience at our showroom/service location.
Welcome all customers entering the service area with a friendly and positive demeanor, address their inquiries, and guide them to the appropriate person or location.
Manage the flow of service traffic and parking.Transport parts as required.
Maintain a tidy and safe service drive area, ensuring it is free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations.
Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as necessary.
Remove plastic and paper mats in front of the customer.
Inquire about the customer's satisfaction with their service visit.
Express gratitude to the customer for their business and encourage safe driving.
Clean and disinfect all areas of the service center regularly.
