Baer is looking for Oracle HCM Cloud Security Compliance Consultant for a 3-month Federal remote Project.

Oracle HCM Cloud Security Compliance Consultant

Location:
Remote and Albuquerque, NM

Duration: 3 months

Rate:
Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Alignment:
W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Description:

Support the day to day activities of an Oracle HCM Cloud compliance assessment for the Oracle Fusion Cloud/Oracle Integration Cloud system.

You will use your experience conducting NIST Moderate) assessments, presenting to client executives, and defending their findings. In addition, you will oversee the development of application roles, permissions, and privileges.
This role involves performing all of the assessment tasks and identifying issues that need escalation to your lead.
This role also involves creating compliance deliverables for client submission.

The team shall also interface with the client and their partner vendors (interviewing control owners), review evidence, update compliance deliverables, and present findings.

Requirements:
3+ years of Security Compliance experience
3+ years of NIST Cybersecurity Framework experience
3+ years of Security Compliance Assessment experience
3+ years of Delivery Risk Management experience
Must have strong presentation and client management skills.
Bachelor's Degree

Public Trust Security Clearance is the lowest level of additional background screening that the federal government requires for applicants of certain jobs, which includes completing a Standard Form 85 (SF85) form.
