Description

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls

- scheduling appointments for recalls and customers
- assisting with scanning for parts department and/or service
- make appts for special order parts
- order office supplies
- assist service department with day to day tasks


Experience:

• Strong background in customer service
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
• Familiarity with dealership operations and processes
• Strong math skills for financial calculations

Summary


Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
