People Generalist:


Role Overview
The People Generalist is an essential member of Anduril's People Operations team. They have a wealth of HR knowledge and experience, and they're great at supporting ongoing HR needs. They're the go-to person for any employee issues and always put policies and compliance first.

They're in charge of ensuring that the new hires at their worksite have a fantastic onboarding experience, making them feel comfortable and welcomed from day one.

The People Generalist is a strategic thinker who leads HR projects with enthusiasm and dedication, always making sure that the project is completed on time and aligns with the company's goals.

They're also ready to occasionally serve as a mentor to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.

They're always happy to collaborate with their peers and strive to create a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.


Responsibilities

  • Support the business partner team and act as an escalation point for employee questions and tickets.
  • Document, maintain, and communicate core HR processes to stakeholders, managers, and employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee HR compliance activities to ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HRrelated inquiries.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives, conduct periodic audits for data accuracy and compliance.
  • Mentor junior HR team members and collaborate with People Operations leadership to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate the onsite onboarding process for new employees, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for new hires, providing assistance and resolving issues.
  • Maintain onboarding materials and documentation with updated company information.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions to convey company culture, and performance standards.

Traits and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, including employment laws and regulations.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
  • Commitment to excellence, detailoriented, and adept at multitasking.
  • Discretion — you know how to maintain confidentiality but also recognize what needs to be escalated.
  • Ability to function independently and problemsolve with mínimal or no direction.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Proficient in using HRIS and other HRrelated software systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Passion for service and commitment to empathy, kindness, and patience.
  • Adaptability in a fastpaced work environment.

US Salary Range
- $90,000—$135,000 USD


The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.

Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
