Overview:
Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician for our Bloomington, IL facility.

Chestnut Health Systems is a leading provider of behavioral and primary health care services.

Responsibilities:


  • Set up and configure new PC's, mobile devices, hardware peripherals, software, and neatly deploy to staff locations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair PCs, peripherals, software, and connectivity problems in person and using remote tools. Ensure tickets are followed up on from start to satisfactory resolution and closure.
  • Assist with basic systems administration tasks under general supervision escalating problems outside their level of responsibilities.
  • Maintain, organize and clean computer storage room; assist with inventory control.
  • Promote Chestnut's culture of customer service excellence through the adherence to Chestnut's behavioral standards for customer service.
  • Maintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organizational information gained in the course of performing job responsibilities including, but not limited to, financial and client information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Position requires a minimum of one year (1) experience and/or training and/or certifications in Windows 10, MS Office, general PC troubleshooting, related peripherals, and customer service.
  • Demonstrable skills in configuring PC hardware and peripherals such as printers / scanners is required.
  • Experience with Windows OS client installation and configuration; knowledge of mobile devices is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently utilizing web and other resources whenever possible to resolve work orders and assignments.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, both written and verbally as required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, private automobile insurance and be insurable.
  • Must be able lift 1020 pounds on a regular basis and up to 40 pounds for occasional projects.
